As part of our continual commitment
to our customers, we have implemented many
accessibility features thus enabling a vast
proportion of viewers to use the website and
its documents. We always try to adhere to the
highest accessibility standards as outlined
by the W3 (http://www.w3.org/WAI/ and http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/PWD-Use-Web/Overview.html)
We have also implemented a map for ease of
navigation. Please read below for accessibility
advice.
Reading the
print
If you have trouble reading the print on Web pages, you can easily change
the size of the font to fit your needs. Changing font sizes in your web
browser is easy. Instructions will vary from browser to browser, the
instructions below are for Internet Explorer 6 and Netscape 7. If you
get really stuck, go to the help button on the menu bar at the top of
the software window. From there you should be able to get help on any
problem you have.
We have also added a print page feature to all the pages. Just navigate
to the page and print page version link at the bottom.

- Click
View.
It's on the browser Menu Bar.
- Highlight
Fonts.
Place your mouse cursor on the words Fonts or Text Size. Notice
that you now have 5 size choices ranging from Largest to Smallest.
- Click
on Smallest.
Note the change in text size on your browser screen.
- Click
on Largest.
Again, note the size change.
- Choose
a font size.
Make sure you choose the font size that suits you best.

- Choose

- Click
Edit.
It's in the upper left corner of your browser. A menu will appear.
- Click
Preferences.
A Preferences window will appear.
- Click
on Fonts.
Under the Appearance heading in the upper left corner of the
Preferences window, click Fonts. Information on the size and
style of the font you're using will appear to the right. They
are probably set to 10 and 9.
- Click
on the arrows.
They are next to the size boxes to increase or decrease font
size.
- Click
OK.
It's at the bottom of the window to experiment with different
sizes. Repeat the process until you find a size that suits you.

• Click on Internet Options in the Tools menu.
• Click accessibility button on bottom right hand corner.
• Select the options for changing size or colour of text.
Other browser issues
Getting rid
of the images - Microsoft Internet Explorer

• Click on Internet
Options from the View or
the Tools menu (depends
on your browser)
• Click on the Advanced tab at the top right hand
corner of the box.
• Scroll down to the Multimedia heading.
• Untick the box next to Show Pictures.
• Click on the Apply button and then click on the OK button.
Changing the font and colour settings
• Go to Internet Options from the View or
from the Tools menu
• Go to the Accessibility Option ticking the
three boxes displayed under formatting.
Changing the text
• Click on Internet Options from
the View or the Tools menu. (depends
on your browser)
• Click on the Accessibility button.
• Tick the Ignore fonts now showing on web pages box.
• Click OK.
• Click OK again to close Internet Options.
• Click on the View option from the Menu bar.
• Click on the Text Size option, Choose your preferred
text size.
Changing the colour
of the text/ background
• Click on Internet Options from
the View or the Tools menu (depends
on your browser)
• Click on the Colours button and
untick the box next to Use Windows colours.

• Click on the button to the right of Text ,choose
your colour from the palette then click OK.
Background:

• Click on the button to the right of Background, choose your colour
from the palette then click OK.

Getting rid of the images
• Click on the Edit option
from the Menu Bar.
• Click on the Preferences option.
• Click on the Advanced option.
• Untick the box next to Automatically load Images and Click OK.
Change your browser
settings by
• Click on Edit from the Menu Bar.
• Click on Preferences . You now have the option
to make various changes.
• Click on Appearance.
• Choose Font. Choosing either to alter the variable
and fixed width Font to your preferred option.
Changing
the colour of the text/ background
• Select Appearance.
• Select Colours.
• Select Text, choose your preferred colour and click on the OK button.
• Select Background, choose your prefered colour and click on the OK
button.
• Click OK again to close the Preferences option.

files into audio. Adobe provide a free online tool which converts the
content of PDF files to a format which can be understood by most screen

The URL of the document can be submitted either via email or web form,
